These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website promptsfor.pro and your purchase and use of the digital prompt packs and related materials ("Products") offered by PromptsForPros ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our Products.

What you are buying

Our Products are digital files — collections of AI prompts and supporting templates — delivered electronically. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Purchases are processed and delivered by our store provider, Gumroad, whose own terms also apply to the transaction.

Your license

When you buy a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use it for your own professional and business purposes. That means you may:

• Use the prompts in your own work and with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude;
• Adapt, edit, and build on the prompts for your own use;
• Use the outputs you generate in your own business, including with your clients.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the prompt files themselves, in whole or in part;
• Repackage the prompts into a competing prompt pack, database, template product, or course for sale;
• Share your download or account access so others can obtain the Product without buying it;
• Claim authorship of the packs or represent them as your own product.

In short: use the prompts freely in your work — just don't sell or hand out the packs themselves.

Intellectual property

The Products, the website, and all associated content (text, design, and branding) are owned by PromptsForPros and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your license does not transfer ownership; all rights not expressly granted above are reserved. Outputs you create by running the prompts through an AI tool are yours to use, subject to the terms of the AI provider you use.

Refunds — 30-day money-back guarantee

Because our Products are instant digital downloads, this voluntary 30-day guarantee is your refund right with us. To request a refund, email hello@promptsfor.pro with your order details within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the amount you paid. Refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method. We may decline refund requests that show clear evidence of abuse (for example, requesting a refund after downloading and redistributing the files).

AI outputs are drafts — not professional advice

AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased results. You are the professional: you are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing every output before you rely on it or share it with a client, patient, or customer. For regulated fields — including healthcare, legal, and financial services — you must ensure your use complies with all laws, licensing rules, and professional and ethical obligations that apply to you. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or compliance status.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Products or website to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, generate harmful or deceptive content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties to operate — including Gumroad for checkout and delivery, our email provider, and analytics services — and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The AI tools you use the prompts with (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT or Anthropic's Claude) are independent services with their own terms; we are not responsible for them or for the outputs they generate.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Products and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce any specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptsForPros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Products or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site or Products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PromptsForPros operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your own country or state.
